Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pot of yogurt, 150 g
- 1 cup oil or butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- e.g. fruits or nuts, chocolate etc.
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Use the yogurt cup as a measure for the remaining ingredients. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer to create a batter. Depending on your preference, you can add nuts, ground almonds, coconut flakes, or chocolate sprinkles to match your yogurt; you can mix these in with the batter. Line the muffin tin with paper baking cups and fill with the batter. If you want to add fruit, first fill half of the batter into the muffin tin, then add the fruit and cover the rest with batter. Preheat the oven to 175°C (fan/convection oven) and bake for 20 minutes; test with a skewer if it’s cooked through. If you’d rather make a cake, pour the batter into a small cake tin and bake at the same temperature for about 50 minutes; also test with a skewer if it’s cooked through.
