Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • Butter or margarine
  • 8 slice(s) cheese, Gouda
  • 8 slice(s) bacon (thin)
  • 2 pear(s), cooked
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Toast the bread and spread with butter or margarine. Top with slices of raw ham and a slice of cheese. Then place half a pear on top and cover with a slice of cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 225 degrees Celsius for about 5 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with paprika and serve hot.
