Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 head of broccoli
- 200 g pasta
- salt water
- 200 g pure processed cheese
- 250 ml Cremefine
- Gratin cheese
- salt and pepper
- 80 g spinach, frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
with noodles
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and pre-cook the pasta and broccoli florets. Season the minced meat in a large pan, fry until golden brown, and add the cream cheese and spinach. Season to taste. Drain the pasta and broccoli and add to the minced meat mixture. Preheat the oven to 160–180°C (fan oven). Transfer everything to a large baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until golden brown.
