Broccoli casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 kg broccoli
  • 200 g tagliatelle pasta
  • salt water
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 150 ml cream
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Dice the onion and garlic and sauté with the minced meat. Add the tomato paste and crème fraîche and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook the pasta in salted water. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and cook in the water until both pieces are still slightly crisp. Place one layer each of pasta, minced meat, and broccoli in a casserole dish. Top with cream and cheese and bake for 40 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat).
