Pasta with a delicate lemon sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g chicken fillet(s), roughly diced
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 3 tbsp cream (cooking cream 15% fat)
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 g tagliatelle
  • salt water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

light and delicious

Cook the tagliatelle in salted water. Meanwhile, roughly dice 100g of chicken fillet and finely dice 1 small onion. Sauté vigorously in 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Add the juice of 1/2 small lemon and stir. Deglaze with 3 tablespoons of 15% cream. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the al dente tagliatelle.
