Minced leek pan with potatoes and pasta

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 6 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 large slices of bacon for frying
  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 3 leek(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1.2 liters of vegetable broth
  • 400 g light processed cheese
  • 100 g pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • n. e.g. herbs, e.g. E.g. thyme, oregano or similar.

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

easy and fast

Wash the leek and slice into rings. Thinly slice the potatoes. Chop the onion and garlic. Fry the potato slices with the onion in the melted bacon until lightly browned. Add the minced meat and fry. Then add the leek and garlic and fry briefly over medium heat. Deglaze the pan with the vegetable stock, stir in the cream cheese, and bring to a boil. Add the pasta. Season the dish with salt, pepper, and herbs to taste and simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens nicely and the pasta is tender.
