Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 750 g minced meat, mixed
- 4 large bell peppers, colored
- 400 g mushrooms, fresh
- ¼ liter of water
- 3 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 large jar of Hungarian-style paprika sauce
- 2 cubes of gravy
- ½ pack of pureed tomatoes
- some sauce thickener, darker
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- e.g. curry powder
- 1 pack of spaghetti or rice
- possibly gherkins, finely chopped
- possibly pineapple pieces
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
also tastes good as a soup (party soup)
Brown the minced meat until crumbly. Add the onions and fry (do not overcook). Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and curry powder. In the meantime, clean, deseed, and slice the bell peppers. Also clean and slice the mushrooms and fry them in a separate pan. Add the bell pepper strips to the minced meat and braise briefly. Add the mushrooms and deglaze with 250 ml of water. Add the paprika sauce, pureed tomatoes, and the meat juices, and mix well. Allow the mixture to reduce slightly. Season to taste and thicken slightly if desired. If desired, you can also add pineapple chunks or finely chopped gherkins. Cook pasta or rice in salted water as usual.
