Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g chicken, shredded
- 1 zucchini
- 250 g mushrooms
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 dash of cream and possibly some milk
- Grated cheese of your choice
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dice the onion and finely slice the zucchini and mushrooms. Sear the meat all over in a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Add the onion and fry until translucent. Then add the zucchini and mushrooms to the pan and fry for a few minutes. Deglaze everything with a dash of cream and, if desired, a little milk, and season the sauce with salt and pepper. Stir some cheese (e.g., Parmesan or Gouda) into the hot sauce until it reaches a creamy consistency. Serve with pasta or rice.
