Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork strips
  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 2 cups herb cheese spread
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Drain the corn, quarter the mushrooms, halve the carrots lengthwise and then slice them, and dice the onions. Brown the meat in a large pan. Add the onions. Press the garlic through a press. When the onions are translucent, add the carrots. Sauté for about 5 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and corn and sauté for another 5 minutes, but don’t overcook the carrots. Simply add the two cheese spreads and mix everything together. If you like, you can add more milk for more sauce. You can of course add more seasoning, but we liked it as it is. Rice goes very well with it.
