Sour cream waffles, simple and delicious

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • Powdered sugar, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for approx. 12 waffles

Place 2 cups of sour cream (200g each) into a mixing bowl. Fill the empty sour cream cup halfway with sugar, add the sugar, and then add 2 more cups of flour. Now add the 3 eggs, the baking powder, and the vanilla sugar. Mix everything for about 2 minutes. Bake in the waffle iron until the waffles are golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar at the end, if desired.
