Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g pasta, of your choice
  • 3 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 handful of cheese (pizza or gratin), grated
  • basil, fresh
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • ½ clove(s) garlic, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and tasty, for beginners

Cut the tomatoes into eighths. Meanwhile, cook the pasta with salt, drain, and return it to the still-warm pot. First, add the tomatoes to the pasta in the pot, along with the sour cream and grated cheese. As they stir, the cheese melts and the sour cream thins, creating a sauce. Chop the fresh basil and garlic and stir it into the pasta. Season to taste with salt and pepper (I like a lot of salt and pepper in this recipe) and add a little chili. Variations: Add olives (cut into thirds), fresh parsley, bell peppers, or other fresh vegetables.
