Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can of meat (breakfast meat)
- 2 tbsp ham, diced
- 250 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp oil (safflower oil)
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 can tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
- 1 pack of tomatoes, passata
- 1 sprig(s) rosemary
- salt and pepper

Pasta sauce with breakfast meat and mushrooms
Finely chop the onions and garlic cloves and sauté them in the oil with the herbs. Add the mushrooms, coarsely chopped beef, and diced ham. Then top with the pureed tomatoes and pizza tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Add the rosemary sprig, herbs, and paprika, and let the sauce simmer gently.
