Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 gr. can/n tomato paste (140 g each)
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 500 g pasta (fusilli)
  • some salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • some clarified butter or oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

delicious and quick pasta and minced meat dish

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Heat the fat in a pan and lightly brown the onions, then add the ground beef and fry until browned and crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Deglaze with the sour cream and season again to taste. Pour the entire meat sauce over the hot pasta, mix, and serve immediately.
