Clean the bell peppers and cut into strips. Peel the onions and dice them. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into strips. Sauté everything in oil, season well, and add 150 ml of water. Drizzle the fillet with lemon juice and dice. Add to the sautéed vegetables and simmer for 15 minutes. Season again if desired. 34 g protein, 6 g fat, 14 g carbohydrates
