  • Papaya, of which the seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes

Utilization of the seeds, similar to pepper

If necessary, remove any pulp from the papaya seeds and spread them evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place them in the oven and let them dry at approximately 40 degrees Celsius for at least 3 hours. Check for dryness. Let them cool thoroughly and then pour them into a screw-top jar or pepper mill. The seeds can be used like pepper. They taste great on eggs, chicken, etc.
