Dark mint chocolate sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp sugar, approx.
  • 100 ml cream, lightly whipped
  • 15 g mint, fresh, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Melt the chocolate and stir in the sugar, mint, and cream. Blend until the sauce is very smooth. A delicious sauce for desserts.
