Spaghetti in salmon and creamed spinach sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 170 g creamed spinach
  • 250 g salmon fillet(s), frozen
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 150 ml cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • possibly cress
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, Italian

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the spaghetti until very al dente. Meanwhile, season the frozen salmon and thaw it in a casserole dish in the oven. Drain the spaghetti, return it to the pot, and bring it to a boil along with the spinach, diced onion, vegetable stock, and cream. Slice the salmon and add it once the sauce is boiling. Simmer everything together over low heat for about 5 minutes. Serve with some cress, if desired.
