Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 2 packets of baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese, lactose-free
  • 100 g oat flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl and mix with the salt. Add the eggs and quark and knead everything thoroughly using a mixer fitted with a dough hook. The dough should form a soft dough. Finally, add the oats and knead well. Then shape the dough into a loaf and cut it lengthwise. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for 50 minutes. Let it cool on a wire rack.
