Arugula sauce from the Thermomix with potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 1 ½ cups cream cheese (half-skimmed cheese works well too)
  • some mustard
  • 1 kg potatoes, freshly cooked, reserve 200 ml of the cooking water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Slowly chop the arugula to speed 10. Add 200 ml of the potato cooking water, cream cheese, and mustard, and cook for 1.5 minutes at speed 7 and 100°C. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the boiled potatoes. Also goes well with fish.
