Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 75 g butter
- 2 pinches of salt
- Fat, for the shape
- Flour , for the work surface
- 1 bunch of wild garlic
- 200 g cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml cream
- 150 g cooked ham
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours
For the base, quickly knead the flour with the egg, the butter cubes, and two generous pinches of salt to form a smooth dough. Cover and chill for about 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. For the topping, wash the wild garlic, shake dry, and then cut into fine strips. Beat the cream cheese, eggs, and cream one after the other until smooth. Finely dice the ham. Stir the wild garlic into the mixture. Season generously with salt and pepper. Grease a large springform pan or tart pan. Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured surface. Place in the pan and pull up the edges. Prick several times with a fork. Spread the wild garlic mixture on top. Bake for about 30 minutes.
