Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g peas
- 1 head of cauliflower
- Salt
- 2 tomatoes
- 200 g cheese, Edam in thick slices
- 100 g ham, raw, sliced
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 100 g yogurt, skimmed milk
- 2 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 tsp, levelled sugar
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- pepper
- 1 bunch of chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the cauliflower florets in salted water for 15 minutes and the peas for 5 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into eighths. Cut the cheese and ham into strips. Mix all the ingredients for the salad dressing. Mix the cooled vegetables with the ham, cheese, and salad dressing. Garnish with chives.
