Colorful salad with mayonnaise à la Gabi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g celery, cooked
  • 250 g apples
  • 100 g cheese, Emmental
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tube(s) mayonnaise, small
  • 125 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the celery, peeled apples, cheese, and ham into small cubes, drizzle with lemon juice, and fold in the mayonnaise. Whip the cream, mix half into the salad, and garnish the salad with the remaining cream.
