Chicken salad with avocado and mango

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g poultry meat, cooked, without skin, in bite-sized pieces
  • 1 avocado(s), in bite-sized pieces
  • 1 mango(s), in bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp almond slivers
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

good for using up leftovers, e.g. at Christmas

Carefully mix all ingredients together and season to taste. This salad has relatively little dressing, so add more sour cream/mayonnaise if necessary.
