Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 350 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 750 g quark
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ kg plum(s)
- 400 g flour
- 250 g butter, soft
- 200 g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Sheet cake
Using a mixer, make the base from the dough ingredients and spread it on a deep baking sheet. Next, for the filling, combine the quark with sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs, and spread it on the base. Arrange the pitted and halved plums tightly on top. Finally, mix the crumble ingredients by hand and spread it on top as the final layer. Bake the cake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 45 minutes.
