Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 trout(s)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • tarragon
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • rosemary
  • lemon juice
  • Flour
  • olive oil

Wash and dry the trout. Squeeze the lemon juice into the trout. Sprinkle the spices (amount to taste) into the trout. Peel and slice the garlic cloves, and sprinkle them into the trout. Coat the outside of the trout thoroughly with flour. Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the trout (approximately medium-sized) for about 5 minutes on each side. Serve with boiled potatoes and salad.
