Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large carrot(s)
  • 1 half red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 250 g noodles (Mie noodles)
  • 200 g turkey or pork
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil or rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt and pepper
  • 4 tsp, leveled turmeric
  • 16 dashes of Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

First, clean the bell pepper, carrot, and leek. Then cut the half bell pepper into thin strips and the leek into small, thin rings. Finely grate the carrot. Place everything in a wok with 2 tablespoons of oil and fry for about 15 minutes over low to medium heat, until the leek is translucent. Then add the meat and fry with the vegetables until golden brown. Meanwhile, cook the mie noodles in unsalted water for 4 minutes. When the meat is golden brown, add the mie noodles. Season everything with salt, pepper, turmeric, and Maggi. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix everything together well and fry for about 10 minutes over medium heat. You can use more or less salt, pepper, turmeric, and Maggi depending on your taste.
