Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 small onions, finely chopped
  • 40 g fat
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • ⅛ liter of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the finely chopped onions in a casserole dish with hot fat until translucent. Then add the ground beef, seasoned generously with salt and pepper, and mix with the onions. Once the beef is well browned, add the tomato paste and water. Let everything simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. I recommend serving it with pasta or potatoes.
