Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 ml sweet cream or crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Fry them in hot oil with salt and pepper. Crack in the eggs. Mix everything together and spread the sweet cream or crème fraîche over the mushrooms. Dust everything with paprika. Cook in a covered pan until the mushrooms start to flake away from the sides. Serve hot.
