Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Make a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients for the dough, wrap it in cling film, and refrigerate for about half an hour. In the meantime, heat the oil in a pan, press in the garlic, and sauté lightly. Add the zucchini and fry everything while stirring. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Finally, add the ham, but then remove from the heat so that the ham warms up but doesn’t brown. Mix together the ingredients for the sauce and season well, otherwise it will be a bit bland. Take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it out, and line a greased springform pan with it, pulling up the edges by about two to three centimeters. Pour in the zucchini and ham mixture and pour the sauce over it. Bake the quiche in a preheated oven at about 180°C for about 40 minutes, until the sauce has set and is lightly browned on top. Cover with foil if necessary, otherwise it will become too dark. Green salad goes well with it.
