Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 225 g flour (wholemeal flour)
  • 125 g butter, cold or margarine
  • 6 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Flour, for rolling out
  • Peas, dried for pre-baking
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 350 g zucchini
  • 2 onions
  • 250 g garlic sausage
  • 50 g olives, black
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese or Gouda

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Knead flour, cold fat, sour cream, and salt into a smooth dough. Chill the dough for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place in a 25 cm baking pan. Pull the dough up around the edges. Line the dough with baking paper and fill with peas. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes. Remove the paper and peas. Slice the tomatoes, zucchini, onions, and sausage. Cover the dough with the ingredients and the olives. Beat the eggs and cream, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the vegetables. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 30-40 minutes.
