Pear compote with really ripe fruits

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 pear(s), ripe
  • 2 glasses of dry white wine
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
  • 20 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the pears, halve them, and roughly slice them into 1/2 cm thick slices. Simmer in the white wine with sugar and vanilla seeds for about 10 minutes. Pour into clean jars (rinsed with hot water) and seal. You can also eat it right away. It goes best with semolina pudding.
