Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 900 g pear(s), juicy
  • ¼ liter dry red wine
  • ½ tsp gingerbread spice
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar 2:1
  • 1 lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash, peel, and core the pears. Cut into pieces and drizzle with lemon juice. Boil in a little water until soft. Then puree with a hand blender. Mix with the red wine, gingerbread spice, and gelling sugar and boil gently for about 4 minutes. Transfer to prepared, hot-rinsed jars and seal tightly immediately.
