Apple – plum – jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg apples
  • 1 kg plum(s)
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours

Slice the apples and pit the plums. Place everything in a saucepan, pour in water, and boil until soft. Strain through a sieve while still hot. Add the sugar to the puree. Reduce again over low heat until reduced by half. Pour into jars and let cool upside down.
