Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g minced meat (mixed)
- 1 small spring onion(s)
- pepper
- Salt
- Paprika powder, hot
- 2 tsp parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp chives, chopped
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs (better: 1/2 dried, ground bread)
- herb butter or olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the spring onions. Mix the minced meat with the herbs, onion, egg, and breadcrumbs, and season with pepper, salt, and paprika. Form the minced meat mixture into marble-sized balls. Heat herb butter or olive oil in a pan. Fry the meatballs until golden brown. Let them cool (or eat them immediately!). The meatballs are a great appetizer.
