Blueberry-apple jam with vanilla

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg blueberries
  • 500 ml apple juice
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes

In a saucepan, combine the blueberries with apple juice, vanilla sugar, and gelling sugar. Bring to a boil while stirring continuously and simmer for about 3-4 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. While the jam is still boiling, pour it into the jars, screw on the lids, and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
