Pickled olives

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g olives, black
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 1 sprig(s) of thyme
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 125 ml olive oil, possibly more

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pierce the olives several times on all sides with a fork. Deseed the chilies. Chop the herbs and garlic. Place all ingredients in a jar with the bay leaves and add enough olive oil to cover. Seal tightly and let it marinate in a dark place for at least 5 days.
