Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of sheep’s cheese
  • 25 g garlic, frozen
  • 25 g parsley, frozen
  • 2 carrots
  • Oil, neutral

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Delicious for barbecue season

Mash the feta cheese, peel and grate the carrots. Mix the feta cheese with the garlic, parsley, and carrots, and stir in enough oil until creamy. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours. It can also be prepared a day in advance.
