Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 ml sweet cream
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- some lemon zest
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes
Whip the cream until stiff. Mix all other ingredients thoroughly, then fold in the whipped cream in two portions. Line a fine sieve with non-printed kitchen paper, pour in the mixture, and let it drain in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Scoop out dumplings or turn the entire quark dish out onto a platter. Serve with fruit compote.
