- 175 g flour

- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 75 g smoked ham, diced
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 1 cup sour cream

Lightly grease the baking pan or line it with baking paper. Knead the dough ingredients into a ball of dough with your hands and place it in the baking pan. Press the dough up slightly at the edges. Prick the dough all over with a fork. Pre-bake at 200°C for 15 minutes. Dice the chicken breast fillet and onion, season with salt, pepper, and chili, and place on the pre-baked dough. Add the diced ham. Beat the eggs with the sour cream, season with spices, and pour over the meat. Bake at 200°C for about 35 minutes. The cream should be set. Serve with a fresh salad.
