Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 200 g ham
  • 3 large onions
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 ml cream
  • 125 g Gouda, grated
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours

Knead the dough, wrap it in foil, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then roll it out to about 4 mm thick, place it in a springform pan, and pull up the edges. Finely chop the ham and onions and fry them in butter. Whisk the eggs with the cream, stir in the grated cheese, ham, and onions, season with salt and pepper, and spread everything on the dough. Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
