Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 220 g coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 sachet of dry yeast
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 g margarine, vegan
  • 500 g flour
  • 2 tbsp soy milk (soy drink), vanilla flavor, for brushing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Combine coconut milk, yeast, and sugar in the mixing bowl. Mix for 3 minutes at 50°C on speed 3. Add salt, margarine, and flour and mix together for 3.5 minutes on bread dough setting. Let the dough prove for about 1 hour. Form 12 rolls and place them close together on a baking sheet. Let them prove in the oven for 15 minutes at 50°C. Brush with vanilla soy milk and bake for 15 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat).
