Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g turkey breast, smoked
- 400 g tomatoes, ripe
- 300g mozzarella
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 40 g butter
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 4 tbsp Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the turkey breast into thin slices. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Chop the parsley. Grease an ovenproof dish with 10g of butter. Place the meat slices on the bottom. Layer the mozzarella slices on top, alternating with the tomatoes in a shingle pattern. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley, then top with the remaining butter, cut into small pieces. Bake in a preheated oven at 225-250°C for 15-20 minutes.
