Baked chicken and vegetables pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 100 g carrot(s)
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 100 g processed cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the onion and sauté until translucent. Slice the chicken breast fillet into strips and fry. Slice the carrots and zucchini and add them to the chicken. Season. Remove from the pan and transfer to a baking dish. Mix the crème fraîche and cream cheese, season, and pour over the chicken and vegetable mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (E) or gas mark 3 (G) for about 15 minutes. Serve with pasta or rice.
