Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 3 tbsp, heaped sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 900 g apples
  • 20 g butter
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 20 g sugar
  • 5 tbsp jelly, e.g. raspberry jelly

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Simple but delicious

Combine the dough ingredients in a mixing bowl to form a shortcrust pastry. Line a 28 cm fruit tart tin with the dough and prick the dough several times with a fork. Arrange the sliced ​​apples on the base and bake at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for 30 minutes. Heat the butter in a pan, toast the walnuts, and caramelize them with 20 g of sugar. As soon as the tart comes out of the oven, scatter the walnuts and jelly over the tart in small portions.
