Cake pops from the cake pop maker

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter, room temperature
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 250 ml milk
  • 200 g chocolate coating, brown or white
  • Sugar sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 37 minutes

Basic recipe

For the basic dough, first cream the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Then add the flour, salt, baking powder, and milk and beat until smooth. Preheat the cake pop machine thoroughly and fill the batter into the baking pan using a syringe or piping bag. Greasing is actually not necessary if the coating is good. After about 7 minutes, the cake pops are ready and can be carefully removed from the machine to cool. Decoration: Once the dough has cooled, insert the sticks into the cake pops and dip them in the melted chocolate coating. The sticks will hold better if they are dipped in chocolate before inserting them. To prevent the chocolate layer from becoming too thick, let it drip dry. As long as the chocolate hasn’t dried, the cake pops can be decorated with colorful sprinkles.
