Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g white chocolate
- 120 g cream cheese
- 3 eggs, separated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, carefully stir in the cream cheese, then add the three egg yolks and stir again until everything forms a smooth batter. Then, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and carefully fold them into the batter. Pour the batter into a 20 cm cake tin and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and finish baking the cake in the residual heat for another 10 minutes.
