Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 steak(s), (fillet steaks) approx. 200 g each
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tbsp oil
- some butter
- Salt
- Paprika powder
- 4 half pears, from the can
- 4 slice(s) Camembert(s), round, rindless
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 17 minutes; Total time approx. 37 minutes
Rub the steaks with pepper, sear them in an ovenproof pan in very hot oil for 1 minute on each side, then fry for another 2-3 minutes on each side. Finally, add a little butter and let it foam slightly. Season the meat with salt and top each with half a pear and a slice of Camembert. Grill in the preheated oven until the cheese is blistered, then serve sprinkled with paprika.
