Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bag of nachos of your choice (spicy, mild, etc.)
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 bottle of sauce (HP BBQ sauce or other)
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • e.g. garlic, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

hearty TV snack, super quick to prepare

Sear the ground beef until well-cooked and season with BBQ sauce at the end. Take a large plate and arrange the nachos on the plate. Sprinkle half of the grated cheese over the nachos and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 5 minutes (until the cheese begins to melt). Then arrange the ground beef on top of the cheese-nacho base that comes out of the oven. Mix the sour cream and season with fresh garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika to taste, then pour it over the ground beef. Sprinkle the whole thing with the remaining cheese and bake again until the cheese layer melts. It’s quite hearty, but a great alternative to potato chips.
