Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 rolls (burger buns)
- 2 Frikadelle(n) (burger patties), homemade or frozen
- 4 slices of goat cheese
- 4 slice(s) of tomato(s)
- 2 tsp mustard, (fig)
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with goat cheese and fig mustard
First, prepare the sauce. Simply mix the cream cheese with the honey, mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Halve the buns and briefly brown them either in a pan or in a toaster. Spread the sauce on both sides. Fry the meat patties on both sides in a pan without adding any fat. Finally, place two slices of goat cheese on each side and cover the pan for about 1 minute to allow the cheese to melt slightly. Place the meat patty and goat cheese on the bottom of the bun, then spread a teaspoon of fig mustard over each bun and place two slices of tomato on top. Finish with the lettuce leaf and put the lid on.
