Farmhouse bread with seeds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 300 g flour
  • 10 g yeast
  • 1 handful of seeds, for sprinkling
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 tsp iodized salt
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the seeds in a bowl and knead thoroughly for about 10 minutes. Then cover the bowl and let the dough rise at room temperature for about 40 minutes. Pour the dough into a greased pan and score the top several times with a knife, then sprinkle the dough with the seeds. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
